Known Issues About Airdrop Claiming (OKX, Bitcoin Wallets)

Relevant to OKX Bitcoin Wallet Users, Gnosis Safe Users, and users who staked in Babylon Testnet 3.

Most users should have a smooth retroactive claiming experience from Bitcoin wallets and Gnosis safes.

However, with the wide variety of wallets in the ecosystem, there remain some known issues with certain flows.

Even if you have issues claiming a signing bonus, you can still farm from an eligible EVM wallet. If you're sufficiently technical, you can even manually claim your signing bonuses, but we are working on a page to handle these cases more smoothly.

OKX Bitcoin Wallet Users

OKX bitcoin wallet users can only associate their retroactive Kernels with the same OKX ETH wallet. This is due to undocumented behavior in OKX where it takes over the ETH wallet when you connect your bitcoin wallet.

Gnosis Safe Users

Gnosis safes that require a smart contract signer to reach quorum cannot claim the signing bonus (this is a problem on their end). However, if the safe can reach quorum with only EOA signers, they can still claim.

Babylon Testnet 3 Users

We found there is a small minority of Babylon Testnet 3 users (25 in total) who performed an atypical action with their staking transactions.

Be cautious of phishing links or scams. Some users in the community have found this video helpful when connecting BTC wallets:
