How do I earn Kernels?
After joining Early Access, you can earn Kernels through three different actions; depositing eligible assets, completing Galxe quests, and inviting friends. Act quickly, as the time to collect Kernels before the $CORN Airdrop is limited.
Depositing Assets
By depositing certain assets into Silos, users earn 1 Kernel per $1 deposited, every 210 minutes, as long as the assets remain deposited. All assets deposited can be withdrawn at any time without incurring penalties or fees of any kind.
Qualifying assets are:
wBTC
wETH
rsETH
USDC
DAI
sDAI
USDe
Certain Deposit Silos have additional incentives called Juice, which can yield up to double the normal Kernel earning rate.
Currently Juiced Silos are:
BTCN Silo (2x multiplier) (if you deposit WBTC, it’s converted to BTCN)
weETH Silo (1.25x multiplier)
sDAI Silo (1.25x multiplier)
Participating in Galxe Quests
Earn Kernels by completing Galxe quests. Galxe Quests give users the chance to earn Kernels and spread the awareness of Corn on various platforms like Discord, X, Telegram, and Email! Simply navigate to Galxe's dedicated Corn page to get started.
Remember, 1 point on Galxe's Corn page is equal to 1 Kernel. Good luck, Farmer!
** Please be sure to use the same address for both Corn and Galxe. **
** Failure to do so can cause loss of Kernels **
Start your Kernel Quest now on Galxe!
Invite-to-Earn more Kernels.
Finally, eligible users can generate single-use invite codes for friends. Choose wisely who you invite, as you'll earn Kernels not only based on your deposits, but your invitees deposits too! These Kernels also continue to accrue for the duration of the Kernel Airdrop campaign!
There are four Kernel accumulation tiers:
You receive 20% of the Kernels earned by those you invite.
You receive 12% of the Kernels earned by the people invited by your direct invitees.
You receive 6% of the Kernels earned by the people invited by the second tier.
You receive 3% of the Kernels earned by the people invited by the third tier.
With so many ways to earn Kernels, and with Phase 2 (From Kernels to $CORN) right around the corner, there’s only one thing left to do: Get corny!
